By submitting this request, you understand that deletion is permanent and may remove access to appointments, messages with dietitians, and other health data. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately (instructions below).

Processing & timeline — We'll confirm receipt by email. We aim to complete deletions within a reasonably quick period; some data may be retained only if required for legal, fraud-prevention, or security reasons (this is standard practice). If you need proof of deletion, request it in the reason box.
